We aim to understand your needs and requirements at the outset. Due to our background in searches, HIPs, conveyancing and mortgage lending; whatever the request you can be sure we'll understand your requirements and deliver your product in a quick timely manner. Our service to you extends beyond delivering the final report and paying the invoice, it will last forever - if you have a query six months or two years down the line, we will do what we can to help, that's a promise!

We can tailor our service to meet your needs and therefore keep your costs to an absolute minimum. For example; we can provide a standalone LLC1 which could be beneficial if you have a search that is a number of months old. Or, we could provide the planning history of a particular property or properties in a certain radius. Whatever it is, just ask, if we can do it we will, that's another promise.

For your peace of mind Storey Personal Searches is registered with the Property Codes Compliance Board as a subscriber to the Search Code.
